Doorwerth was released for Post Scriptum's Chapter 1: The Bloody Seventh release. It focused on the events of Operation Market Garden with Doorwerth being of the locations where the British Airborne fought in.
I did gameplay and level design in full, with the artistic collaboration of Kaan "Macolik" Çakir to do the famous Castle Doorwerth.
Doorwerth contains castle with a lot of flat canals around it and plenty of pockets of forest in the region which horizon is only broke by the silhouette of a factory's chimney. I focused in making the region feel like a typical dutch countryside with a dense lively forest and a realistic looking factory complex that is surrounded by living quarters and country houses with vast farming fields.
